This event sees the debut of some of Scotlands finest solo artists. The Chosen Lonely, Mike Edwards, Campbell Sproat, Taylor Buntain, Connor Johnston and more to be added.

With this being the first unplugged & acoustic Limelight, we look to attract many musicians and music lovers alike for an inclusive night of untapped potential.

The Chosen Lonely is the solo alter ego of Highland musician ‘Steven Barclay’. 

Since the launch of his debut EP in early 2020, The Chosen Lonely has received high praise from the Scottish media: Receiving coverage from the likes of The Sun, Scotland on Sunday, and BBC Radio Nan Gàidheal.

EP #2 included ‘Wild Youth’, which was promptly featured by Spotify upon its release, on their editorial playlist that champions new music from Scotland.

In 2023, he will embark on his largest tour to date, as he brings stripped back versions of both old and new songs to crowds across the UK.
