What is the capacity?

Venue38 can hold up to 800 persons mixed seating and standing

Is there disability access?

Yes. The entire venue including the dancefloor is accessible by ramps

What are the costs to hire the venue?

That would depend on circumstances but quotes can be given by emailing your enquiry in as much detail as possible to info@venue38.co.uk

Can I hold a gig there?

Absolutely. If you want to host your own show or get involved in any of our ongoing events get in touch by emailing info@venue38.co.uk

Where can I buy tickets for events?

Tickets will be made available to purchase online through OnAyr Media or can be purchased from the venue. Links and further details can be found in our Upcoming Gigs tab.

Can I bring alcohol into the venue?

No. Only alcohol purchased in the venue can be consumed there.

Can I bring my own PA and equipment?

Yes absolutely however we will request an up-to-date PAT certificate for any equipment you want to plug in. Fire safety certificates will also be required for backdrops

Can I get involved and how?

Yes absolutely you can. As a Grassroots music venue our primary focus is music and offering a platform for artists and bands that deserve to be heard by audiences. If you want to get involved in any of our events just send us an email at info@venue38.co.uk or pop in and speak to one of our team.

Here at Venue38 we will do our best to ensure that every patron enjoys their visit and feels safe and secure within the venue therefore we have a zero tolerance policy on violence or aggression and anyone being aggressive will be asked to leave the premises. Likewise anyone caught selling, carrying or using drugs within the venue will be removed from the premises.

We currently collect and process the following information: your name and email address. We refer to this information as “Personal Information.”

The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you through our contact form on our website.
