• Backstage Points are earned on ticket purchases made directly through venue38.co.uk only. Tickets purchased via external ticketing platforms are not eligible for points.
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Rewards are valid on standard tickets only and are subject to availability.
• Rewards cannot be used on already discounted or charity events.
• One reward may be redeemed per transaction.
• Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.
• Venue38 reserves the right to amend or withdraw the loyalty scheme at any time.
