Formed during lockdown in 2020 as a recording project Once Burned were united by a love of the same styles of music and a desire to produce some material together.  Self recording various covers of Alter Bridge, Sevendust, Soundgarden and Chevelle and releasing them on the internet earned some recognition from Sevendust themselves and lead to the band recording their own original material.

Their sound pushes the boundaries metal and rock, utilizing Kev's amazing vocal abilities, Gibby's technical powerhouse drumming and detuned distorted riffs from Graham and Graeme.  In your face and heavy but also with a touch of melody would be a way to describe Once Burned's style. 

Their Cover album The First Cut was released in 2021 and has been well received by the internet fan base. With 14 original tracks now recorded and gearing up for a 2022 release, its now time to take this show on the road! Once Burned are - Kevin - Vocals Graham - Guitar Alasdair - Drums Graeme - Bass.

"We hail from Paisley, Scotland and have had the good fortune of playing some of our local venues on many occasions from Callum's Cavern, The Bungalow and lastly before lockdown,the new venue, Rocknrolla's where we supported the mighty Fire Exit right before lockdown kicked in. We have also had the pleasure of playing some Glasgow venues from Ivory Blacks, Room 2 and The Classic Grand.

Since lockdown we have played Gin House, Greenock, Room 2 Glasgow, The Bungalow, Paisley, and Bannermans, Edinburgh. We also have a gigs booked in Room 2, Glasgow and Bannermans, Edinburgh. With things looking like they are opening again we are starting to look farther into this year for dates.

We recently released our new album, Living for the Weekend, which is now on most streaming sites.

We signed to a local record company, Lead Boot Records November 2019 to release our first EP with our launch night being held in The Bungalow, Paisley.
